install FFmpeg@4 by brew 2.x

After HomeBrew 2.0, it is not support install ffmpeg with option such as --with-fdk-aac.

Enabling libfdk_aac in ffmpeg installed with Homebrew

install general version

brew install ffmpeg

brew link failed

==> Pouring unbound-1.9.2_1.mojave.bottle.tar.gz
Error: The `brew link` step did not complete successfully
The formula built, but is not symlinked into /usr/local
Could not symlink sbin/unbound
/usr/local/sbin is not writable.

You can try again using:
  brew link unbound

I have to make folder and enable permission.

$ cd /usr/local/sbin
-bash: cd: /usr/local/sbin: No such file or directory
$ sudo mkdir /usr/local/sbin
Password:
$ cd /usr/local/sbin
$ sudo chown -R $(whoami) /usr/local
chown: /usr/local: Operation not permitted
$ brew link unbound
Linking /usr/local/Cellar/unbound/1.9.2_1... 50 symlinks created

`brew link unbound` returns `/usr/local/sbin is not writable` error

xcode command line tool not found

==> Installing ffmpeg dependency: python
Error: Xcode alone is not sufficient on Mojave.
Install the Command Line Tools:
  xcode-select --install

I have to install it.
